Dr. Wolfe has been a dentist at SYTHC since 2006 and came to the clinic through a series of unique and fortunate events. After completing dental school in Belgium (Antwerpen)and Germany (Hannover,Goettingen), Beate opened her own practice in Cologne where she happily practiced for 11 years.
In 1995, after a whirlwind courtship with a traveling cowboy, Dr Wolfe moved herself along with her 2 children and 3 dogs out to California for a new adventure. She had to “do over” her education at UCLA and UOP and passed her California State boards in 2000. She now calls Solvang her home and shares it with 25 rescue animals- from horses to burros, roosters to dogs, multiple cats and one amazing Berkshire pig.
In speaking about her experience working at SYTHC since 2006, Dr. Wolfe fondly reports, “I feel quite fortunate being able to work in this clinic with our ever-increasing group of professionals who specialize in compassion and high standards of care. When I come to work every morning, I feel welcomed by smiles from coworkers wonderful patients. Life is good!”
